To incorporate integrated messaging, a defined multi-channel branding strategy, and develop a comprehensive e-marketing infrastructure in order to deliver brand-centric communications and promotions to both consumers and internal teams. All while implementing new technology, guidelines, and usability standards for multiple properties across Bozzuto’s portfolio of property management locations and new home communities.
Approach
The development of a strong procedural infrastructure and workflow that included: e-marketing management and production, creative services, traditional and digital ad campaigns, and web design/development.
